Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items include:

To get the item you want, return your current item and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union (3-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If shipping to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags, in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
